The Feldenkrais method proposes and explores the different kinds of movements, which are simple, sometimes unusual and unexpected. This experience helps us to enlarge the range of movements and to discover different ways to move with greater ease. It also helps to bring wellness in daily life.
There are two ways of practicing the Feldenkrais method: Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) and Functional Integration® (FI).

Group lesson ATM

ATM lesson is a group class taught verbally by a practitioner. It helps us to become more aware of our habit patterns of movements and encourages us to find a far greater range of actions by experimenting a variety of movements. The lesson is taught on mats (lying down, seated or standing). The students are invited to do movements slowly, without tension, with least effort.

One on one lesson FI

A private lesson is non-verbal, guided by a practitioner’s soft touch. A personalised lesson meets specific needs of each student (mobility, coordination, muscular/joint tensions, stress, daily life wellness, rehabilitation…). A practitioner helps a student to be consciously aware of his movements and to sense various subtle movements. A practitioner’s hands-on is never imposing but gentle by inducing a student to learn new movements.

Price

  • Annual subscription: 360€ (payable in 3 times/year) on a weekly basis with a minimum of 30 lessons per year
  • One lesson: 16€
  • A trial lesson: free for the first class

If you miss some of your group lessons during the year, you could transform them to an individual session.
